Chhattisgarh state Government started a scheme "Silicosis (Bimari) Se Pidit Shramiko Ke Liye Aarthik Evam Punarvas Sahayata Yojana" for unorganized worker on 16 January 2018.

The main objective of the scheme to provide the financial assistance to the person/Family who are suffering from Silicosis disease.

Provide the Financial Assistance of ₹ 3,00,000/-

All eligible registered unorganized labor individuals from Chhattisgarh State.

If the worker dies, their family will get ₹100,000 and the rest will be paid as a fixed deposit with monthly interest.

1. Visit the office of the Assistant Labor Commissioner/Labor Officer of the district. 2. Submit the application and the required documents. 3. The officer will review the application and send it to the divisional office for further action. 4. Applicant can be submitted by mother, father, wife, husband, minor son, or minor daughter.

1. Labor registration Card. 2. Resident Documents. 3. Name and address of the deceased worker 4. Name and address of the dependent 5. Occupation of the deceased worker 6. Date of death of the deceased worker 7. Medical report confirming that the deceased worker had silicosis.
