Chhattisgarh State Government started a scheme "Mukhyamantri Nirman Shramik Awas Sahayata Yojana" for Building and other construction worker on 01 March 2023.

The main objective of this scheme is to provide financial assistance for constructing a house on their own plot or purchasing a new house for their better living.

A subsidy amount up to ₹ 50,000 for interest payments on loans

All eligible construction worker individuals from Chhattisgarh State.

Registered construction workers with continuous live registration for at least three years.

Maximum land area: 500 sq ft in urban areas and 1000 sq ft in rural areas.

1. Employer's certificate verifying at least 90 days of construction work within the year before application. 2. Housing loan sanction letter from the financial institution/bank. 3. Interest calculation sheet from the loan provider financial institution/bank. 4. Original scanned copy of land ownership documents (Khasra, map, B-forest, or government lease). 5. Original scanned copy of Aadhar card linked to the mobile number. 6. Original scanned copy of self-declaration form by the beneficiary.

Applicant must be registered under "Chhattisgarh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board". Only than applicant can apply for the scheme.

1. All the applicant have to visit the official website Chhattisgarh Labour Department. 2. On the home page click on "Apply" under "Chhattisgarh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board". 3. Provide the required details. 4. Fill out the application form. 5. Submit.
