The scheme "Mukhyamantri Pichhda Varg Evam Ati Pichhda Varg Kaushal Vikas Prashikshan Yojana" was launched by the Backward Classes and Extremely Backward Classes Welfare Department, Government of Bihar. Application Process for the Applicant
Visit the Official Portal
- Interested candidates must visit the official website of the Bihar Skill Development Mission (BSDM).
Search for Nearest Skill Development Centre (SDC)
- On the homepage, click on “Click here for your nearest center”.
- Then select “Kushal Yuva Program – Find Centers”.
- Choose the KYP course, select a preferred search mode (e.g., by district, block, or pincode), and fill in the required details.
- A list of Skill Development Centres (SDCs) matching the criteria will be displayed.
Document Preparation
- The applicant must gather self-attested copies of all necessary documents (Aadhaar, caste certificate, residence proof, educational qualifications, etc.) as per the course requirements.

- The applicant should personally visit the nearest Skill Development Centre (SDC) for document verification and registration assistance.

Candidate Identification
