The entire selection process, from identification to payment of pensions, should be completed within 30 days to ensure timely disbursement.

The MPDO is responsible for the redressal of grievances related to the pension scheme in rural areas.

The Pensions Acquittance List contains details of pensions to be disbursed and is used to ensure proper distribution and accountability of funds.

In areas where Mandal Samakhya and Village Organizations are self-reliant, pensions can be disbursed through VOs in the presence of the Sarpanch and Ward Members.

Monthly reports on pension disbursement, new sanctions, and death cases are submitted by the Panchayat Secretary to the MPDO by the 6th of every month.

The Pensions Register contains details of existing pensioners (Part A) and eligible persons not yet sanctioned pensions (Part B), and it is updated monthly.
