Financial Assistance : ₹ 2,500/- per month.

1. Children under 18 who have lost both parents or one parent due to non-Covid reasons.
2. Adolescents 18-23 who lost both or one parent due to Covid or any reason, and are pursuing higher education after completing 12th grade.
3. Children of divorced/abandoned mothers.
4. Children whose parents/guardian are imprisoned.
5. Children rescued from child labor, begging, or prostitution.
6. Children of families involved in begging/prostitution.
7. An assistance will be provided to maximum two children of the family.
8. The annual income of the family of all the categories of children should be less than ₹3,00,000/- but the condition of income limit will not apply to those where both mother and father have died.

1. Under the age group of 0-18, previously lived in children's homes and reintegrated back into families or residing in child care institutions.
2. Support: Receives financial assistance and family/aftercare services for readjustment.


• Families already receiving benefits under similar schemes (except Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Bal Seva Yojana).
• Children aged 18+ who choose not to pursue higher education or competitive exams (eligible until 23 years old or graduation / diploma, whichever is earlier).

1. Income certificate of the family (not applicable in case of death of both the parents).
2. Relevant records of parents or mother or father or guardian as the case may be.
3. Certificate of registration in the educational institution of the relevant category (not required for children of 0 to 05 years).


1. Order of the Child Welfare Committee/Juvenile Justice Board, by which the child has been placed under institutional care.
2. Age certificate of the child/adolescent (in addition to the certificates mentioned in Section 94 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act 2015, copy of the family register or copy of any government document in which age is mentioned.)
3. Certificate of admission for obtaining graduate degree or diploma from a government college, university or technical institute, certificate of passing national and state level competitive examinations like NEET, JEE, CLAT, etc.
