The programme aims to enhance the skills of registered construction workers in various trades, improving their proficiency, safety, and employability.

Registered workers with the Telangana Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board, aged between 18-45 years, are eligible.

The training fee is ₹7,000/- per trainee.

Yes, trainees will receive a daily stipend of Rs. 300/- to cover living expenses during the training period.

The programme lasts for 15 working days, including 120 hours of training (24 hours of theory and 96 hours of practical training).

The training includes Masonry, Bar Bending, Plumbing & Sanitation, Electrical House Wiring, Painting, Welding, Dry Wall & False Ceiling, Building Carpentry, and Formwork Carpentry.

Training will be held at two to three centers in each district of Telangana, based on demand.

There are no specific educational qualifications required as the programme is for workers already engaged in their trades.

Participants must be between 18 and 45 years old.

The training will be conducted in Telugu, Hindi, and English.

Each training batch consists of 30 trainees per trade.

The Telangana Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board bears the entire cost of the training.
