Eligibility
- Students studying in Class 1 to 12th in Central Govt/ govt. of Delhi/ Aided/ Recognized/Local bodies schools are eligible.
- Family income should not exceed Rs. 2.00 lakh per annum
- A student is allowed to avail the scholarship either under the State plan Scheme or Centrally Sponsored Scholarship Scheme, Whichever is beneficial to him/her.
- The applicant belongs to one of the SC/ST/OBC communities and should be a resident of Delhi for the past three years and should upload proof thereof like EPIC card, Aadhaar Number, Ration Card, Landline telephone bill of MTNL, Driving License issued by GNCTD and Domicile Certificate issued by SDM in Delhi or passbook of a nationalized bank. The applicant should upload a Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC) issued in the name of the student or his father’s name by SDM/Deputy Commissioner (Revenue), GNCTD, Domicile Certificate of Delhi if the caste (SC) certificate is not issued by the competent authority of Govt. of NCT of Delhi is required.
- In case of a minority student, the declaration by a parent/guardian in the prescribed format that his Son/Daughter belongs to a particular Minority Community is required to be uploaded on the portal.

- Applicants with a gap of three years will have to upload an affidavit.

Who can take the benefit of this scheme?
The children of people belonging to SC/ST/OBC/Minority communities, who have been the residents of Delhi for at least past 3 years are eligible for this scheme.
Is there a maximum income limit for availing the benefits of this scheme?
To Avail The Benefits Of This Scheme, Family income should not exceed ₹2.00 lakh per annum.
Can I apply for this scheme online?
No, online applications are not available for this scheme. You'll need to contact your school to apply for this scheme. Or else, you may contact the Department of Welfare of SC/ ST/ OBC/ Minority of Delhi for the same.

Are all students of Class I To VIII Entitled To the benefits under this scheme?
Yes, The SC/ST/Minority Students in class I to vIII will be entitled to the benefits of this scheme irrespective of the percentage of marks. However, for Class VI TO VIII students of OBC are required to secure minimum of 55% in the previous class to avail the benefits of this scheme.
Are All Students Of Class IX To XII Entitled To The Benefits Under This Scheme?
To avail the benefits under this scheme, SC/ST/OBC/Minority Students In Class IX To XII required to obtain minimum 55% in the previous year.
