The scheme aims to uplift Scheduled Caste individuals engaged in leather footwear and goods production by providing them with tin stalls and financial assistance.

Applicants must be from Scheduled Castes, residents of Maharashtra, and at least 18 years old. Income limits apply based on rural or urban status.

Rural areas: Total household income must be below ₹40,000.

Urban areas: Total household income must be below ₹50,000.

The stall location can be rented, leased, purchased, provided free by local authorities, or owned by the applicant.

Each beneficiary receives ₹500 to help protect them from heat, rain, and wind.

The tin stalls are provided through a 100% government grant.

Applicants must submit self-attested mandatory documents as specified in the application form.

The application form can be obtained from the District Social Welfare Office.

Fill out the application form, attach required documents, and submit it to the Assistant Commissioner at the District Social Welfare Office.
