Registered beneficiaries who have worked as building workers for at least 5 years and are 60 years old or above are eligible.

The pension amount is ₹1000 per month.

The pension will be paid until the death of the pensioner.

The application should be submitted within 6 months after the applicant turns 60 years old.

A living certificate must be submitted annually, specifically during the month of October.

If the application is deemed ineligible, it will be rejected after providing the applicant an opportunity to be heard.

The scheme aims to provide financial assistance to registered beneficiaries who have retired due to old age.

The required documents include the prescribed online application form, original BOC worker registration identity card, photocopy of bank passbook, living certificate, ration card, e-SHRAM card, Aadhar card, and any other documents as required.

The registered beneficiary must surrender their Identity Card with the application.

The beneficiary must have worked as a building worker for at least 5 years after registration.
