To be eligible, applicants must be residents of Bihar, students who belong to a minority community, and meet specific educational qualifications.

Students must have passed the Matriculation/Fauquania exam with a first division, or Muslim girls must have passed the Intermediate/Maulvi exam with first-class marks, or Bengali-speaking students must have passed the Matriculation exam with a first division.

1. Minority students passing Matriculation/Fauquania with first division receive ₹10,000. 2. Muslim girl students passing Intermediate/Maulvi with first class receive ₹15,000. 3. Bengali-speaking students passing Matriculation with first division receive ₹10,000.

The incentive amount is transferred directly to the students' bank accounts through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).

Students should visit the office of the District Minority Welfare Officer at the District Headquarters to collect the application form.

The completed and attested application form should be submitted to the District Minority Welfare Office in the student's district.

Currently, the application process requires visiting the District Minority Welfare Office in person to collect and submit the form.

Applications not attested by the headmaster or principal may be rejected.
