The MMKY-Financial Assistance for New Boat, Engine, and Net Scheme is a part of the Mukhyamantri Maschyajibi Kalyan Yojana (MMKY) initiated by the Fisheries & Animal Resources Development Department, Government of Odisha. In case the difficulty is encountered in online mode, he/she can submit the application in offline mode through the AFO ME unit in the prescribed format (Annexure--I) to the respective Additional Fisheries Officers (Marine) / DFO (B&T), Balugaon.
