The scheme aims to provide self-employment to unemployed persons in urban and rural areas of Gujarat. A disabled or blind person can also benefit from this scheme.

At least Class-IV (four) pass or Training/Experience: Must have at least 3 months of training from a private institution appropriate to the profession or at least one month of training from a government recognized institution OR one year of relevant experience in the trade OR should be a heritage craftsman.

Applicant's age limit should be between 18 years to 65 years.

B.L.P. Through the portal, the applicant can avail loans up to 8 lakhs for industry/services/trade sector.
