Yes, the applicant should be a permanent resident of Haryana State.

The financial assistance/compensation will be given to eligible beneficiaries i.e. Accidental Death / Permanent Disability ₹1.00 Lakh. Loss of two limbs, two eyes, one limb, and one eye ₹50,000. Loss of one eye or one limb ₹25,000.

To get the benefits of the scheme, the income of parents/guardians should not exceed ₹2,50,000/- per annum.

The Government or Semi-Government employee will not be eligible under the scheme.

To avail the benefits of the scheme, the eligible applicant needs to visit the office of the Social Welfare Department (DSWO) in his/her Block/District.
