- Demand Draft/ Pay Order/ Banker’s Cheque as per category dwelling unit.
- Demand Draft/ Pay Order/ Banker’s Cheque for an additional amount only for parking space.
- One self-attested photocopy of the PAN Card of the applicant and of joint applicants (if any)
- Salary Certificate of the applicant (s) issued by the DDO (as per proforma annexed with the application form).
- Two sets of passport-size photographs with signatures on the back side of the photographs.
- One canceled cheque of the applicant
- Copy of the first page of the Bank A/C Pass Book of the applicant showing address, A/C No., Branch Code No. etc.

The Govt. of West Bengal has undertaken a housing project named " PRATYASHA" for Police Personnel (from Inspectors to Constables) working in the West Bengal Police to materialize their dreams of owning houses.

Who is the beneficiary under the scheme?
Any Police personnel in the ranks of Deputy Superintendent (Non-WBPS)/Assistant Commissioner, Inspector, Sub-Inspector/ Sergeant, Assistant Sub-Inspector, Constable, and equivalent ranks of West Bengal Police and Kolkata Police can apply under this scheme.
What is the benefit of this scheme?
Under this scheme, various types of flats for all Police Personnel will be constructed.
How many types of flats will be constructed under this scheme?
There are three types of flats will be constructed under this scheme- Category ‘A’, Category ‘B’ & Category ‘C’.
How many flats will be allotted the an eligible applicant?
Only one Police personnel will be eligible to submit only one application for this Scheme (No other family member may apply separately).
How many flats will be allotted to an eligible applicant?
Only one flat will be allotted to the eligible applicant.
How will the beneficiary be selected for the flats?
The beneficiary will be selected through a lottery on a random selection basis.

The application can be downloaded from the websites of Kolkata Police (www.kolkatapolice.gov.in).
Where shall I submit my application form?
Application Form duly filled in and completed in all respect, duly signed by the applicant along with Demand Draft/ Pay Order/Banker’s Cheque may be submitted at the office of West Bengal Police Housing & Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited, Araksha Bhawan (3rd Floor), Block DJ, Sector-II, Salt Lake City, Kolkata- 700 09.
