Photocopies of the training certificate. 5. Income proof, and bank statement for the last six months. 6. Detailed Project Report including total cost, recurring cost, net income etc. 7. Name, Aadhar no., mobile no. and address of the farmers linked/attached with the entrepreneur. 8. Photograph of the project area.
