Relief amounts range from ₹5,000 to ₹15,000 based on the nature of the injury and degree of physical impairment.

Required documents include Ration card/Aadhaar Card, First Information Report, Death Certificate, and the application form.

The application should be submitted within 6 months from the date of death.
