• For beneficiary: ₹10,000/-.
• For dependent sons/ daughters (up to a maximum of two): ₹10,000/-

1. The applicant must be between 18 and 60 years of age at the time of enrolment.
2. The applicant must be an unorganized worker employed in the operation of commercial vehicles, such as cars, taxis, luxury taxis, light commercial vehicles, vans, auto-rickshaws, tempos, lorries, trucks, or buses.
3. The applicant’s vehicle must be used for commercial purposes and not solely for personal or family use.


For New Registration:

1. Certification by Prescribed Authority in the Prescribed format,
2. Passport Size Photo (self and for each dependent member).
3. Age Proof Document.
4. Driving Licence in case of Drivers.
5. EPIC/ AADHAR Card.

For the Application of the Welfare Scheme:

1. Dependent's Marriage certificate or affidavit confirming the marriage event.
2. Proof of relationship.
3. Any other documents (if required).
