The government of Kerala has initiated the scheme to provide educational assistance to children of differently abled parents (disability for both parents/disability for anyone parent) who are economically deprived. Under the scheme, educational assistance will be provided to 25 children from each district for a duration of 10 months.

The children of differently abled parents belonging to the Below Poverty Line (BPL) category (Both /Anyone) are eligible to apply under this scheme.

The disability of the applicant’s father/ mother should be 40% or above.

Yes, the applicant should be a permanent resident of Kerala State.

Yes, the students pursuing courses from Govt. approved institutions are eligible to apply under this scheme.

Under the scheme, the scholarship will be given to the children of differently abled parents who are studying in Class 1st to Post-Graduation @ ₹300/-, ₹500/- ₹750/- & ₹1000/-.

The scholarship will be provided to all classes for a duration of 10 months.

Yes, the applicants should belong to BPL Category.

The scholarship amount will be transferred to the bank account of the eligible students.

Under the scheme, the scholarship will be provided to 25 students in each district of Kerala.
