The scheme provides financial assistance to Scheduled Caste students studying in prestigious private schools such as Doon School, Dehradun; Sofiya School, Abu; Mayo School, Ajmer; Sainik School, Balachadi; Mahila Sainik School, Kherva; and others.

Eligible students can receive financial assistance of up to ₹50,000/- per year or the actual amount of their annual fees, whichever is lower.

The assistance covers various expenses including admission fees, tuition fees, hostel fees, food bills, books, uniforms, and other related expenses.

Eligible students should belong to the Scheduled Caste Category of Gujarat and be studying in the designated schools.

The family income of the student should not exceed 10 times the income determined for the poverty line, which is ₹6,00,000 for both rural and urban areas.

Students entering Class 8th or 11th are eligible for assistance only once every year.

Assistance is also available for Class 6 at Balachadi School, Jamnagar, and Sainik School, Kherwa.

Eligible students may visit the nearest Office of the concerned District Deputy Director or Director, Scheduled Castes Welfare Office, Gandhinagar, to avail the benefits.
