1. The applicant must be a resident of Jammu & Kashmir.
2. The applicant must be a Building or Construction Worker.
3. The age of the applicant should be between 18 and 60 years.
4. The applicant should have worked in building or construction activities for at least 90 days in the preceding 12 months.
5. The registration must be renewed annually.

1. One of the parents of the child must be an active, registered member of the Jammu and Kashmir Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board at the time of application.
2. The child must be studying in Nursery to Class 8th.
