Office of District Social Security Officer.Office of Child Development Project Officer.Panchayat and B.D.P.O Office.SDM Office.Anganwadi Centre.Sewa Kendra 
Step-3: Fill out the application form.
Step-4: Attach required documents.
Step-5: Submit the Application Form of Punjab Old Age Pension Scheme along with all the documents in the same office or centre from where it was collected.
