This scheme is to bring qualitative improvement in the living standards of old people of the state. Establishment and expansion of rehabilitation programs/ services and capacity building for strengthening the delivery of rehabilitation programs and services.

1. Construction and operation of old age home "Sahara". 2. These old age homes also include housing, clothes, food, medical facilities etc. 3. Facilities will be available for qualitative improvement in the standard of living, cooperation and proper care of destitute and poor old people of the state.

All state-domicile citizens who are full filling the eligibility criteria.

Applicant must be eligible for any below condition. 1. Applicants should come under the below poverty line ( BPL) category (or) 2. Annual Income should be below Rs. 60,000/-

Applicants can apply through the application in plain paper to the District Social Security Cell.

1. Age Proof.Income 2. proof document. 3. BPL Card (If applicable). 4. Two passport-size photographs.

These old age homes include housing, clothes, food, medical facilities etc.

Minimum age must be 60 or above.

Maximum annual income must be below Rs. 60,000/-
