Yes, the applicant should be a native and resident of Kerala State.

Under the scheme, financial assistance of ₹30,000/- will be given to inter-caste married couples.

The couples are entitled to financial assistance one-time only.

The combined family income of the couple should not exceed ₹1,00,000/-.

The couples must apply for financial assistance after one year of marriage but not exceeding 2 years from the date of marriage.

To avail of the benefits of the scheme, the applicant needs to visit the nearest District Social Justice Office and collect the application form. The application form can also be downloaded from the official website of the Social Justice Department, Government of Kerala. http://sjd.kerala.gov.in

The duly filled application form along with supporting documents has to be submitted to the concerned District Social Justice Office.
